Viewing the Simulation
Settings
If you select the Model | Simulation Settings... from the main menu, you can view the various settings that are used when the model is run:
The Time tab of the dialog indicates the duration of the simulation, the number of timesteps (and hence the timestep length), and the units in which time are displayed in results.
The Monte Carlo tab of the dialog specifies the Monte Carlo options (how probabilistic simulations are carried out), such as the number of realizations, and whether Latin Hypercube sampling is to be used.
The Globals tab of the dialog lists any global variables that may be defined for the model.
The Information tab of the dialog provides information such as the model author, any description that the author may have provided, and some statistics about the model (e.g., number of elements Objects that represent basic building blocks of a GoldSim model.).
Depending on how the Author of the Player file has set up the file, you may or may not be able to edit the Simulation Settings.
